AR Steering Committee
The Vision Council AR Steering Committee was created in 2005 with the merger of The AR Council and The Vision Council. Today the AR Steering Committee continues to support labs and the Eye Care Professional (ECP) in growing sales of Anti-reflective lenses in the market place.Our Focus
The Vision Council AR Steering Committee has two areas of focus:
- Spread the message to the consumer that anti-reflective lenses improve vision by adding as much as 14 percent light transmittance to conventional lenses, particularly noticeable at night; providing less fatigue from extended hours in front of the computer; and a cosmetically better appearance.
- Support the lab and eye care professional in growing AR sales in their businesses.
